The nearly $100 million project starts in Honeybrook, Pennsylvania and runs through Cecil County, Maryland. The expansion will involve adding 23 miles of new pipeline that will run parallel to the existing pipeline in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania and it will also include 17 miles of additional piping in Sussex County connecting Seaford and Millsboro. Construction is expected to start in the middle of 2017 with completion scheduled for later that year.
