ANC announces plans for new facility in Blytheville

Arkansas Northeastern College plans a $12 million facility on Blytheville’s campus. The additional building expects to house an electrical lab, hydraulics/pneumatics lab, safety/environmental lab, training rooms and a machine and welding fabrication shop. The college raised $825,000 in private donations, mostly from companies who have workers that trained there. Big River Steel and Zekelman Industries will each donate $50,000 to the new building that shall be complete by summer 2018.
