Ground has been broken on 1st November, 2016 on a new plant for Croell Redi-Mix in Cheyenne spread over 9¼-acre site. The new facility and its land will cost $2 million to $3 million and it is expected to be fully completed by next fall. The facility will make Redi-Mix concrete for residential and commercial projects and it will have the capability to load about 30 cement mixer trucks a day. JEI Excavation and Contractors in Cheyenne will be the general contractors. Local and Wyoming contractors will be hired.
