Lidl planning to build new store in Lincolnshire town

Lidl is planning to build a brand new store in a Lincolnshire town. The company has submitted a blueprint to create the store next to B&Q and opposite Tesco on Westbridge Road in Wyberton, Boston. The store will include a sales area, along with warehouse delivery area, freezer room, bakery, manager’s office and staff welfare facilities etc. The first floor will accommodate a staff room, office, IT room and learning online room, cleaner’s store, cloakrooms etc. And a total of 166 car parking spaces will be provided, including seven disabled, seven parent and child spaces along with ten cycle parking spaces. The plans have been put in to Boston Borough Council’s planning department, whose committee will discuss the application at a future date yet to be decided.
