Spring Valley’s water plant will get renovated. The city council will be going forward with major renovations for the city’s reverse osmosis system. The city plans to pay for the project with TIF funds, Community Development Assistance Program funding, and money from the city’s water fund. The council likely will award the project to Harn R/O Systems, which has been working with the city on the upgrades. The project will go out for bid in April and then construction will likely begin in July or August.
